Fourteen days cooling off period
At Deejay City you can return a purchased product within 14 working days. It is important that the product is complete and unused and should be returned in it's original state with an undamaged box. Products which are damaged or used are not eligible for returns or refund. Before you return a product, you must have a return number (RMA). You can request a return number from your account and select the product you'd like to return.
Not all products are eligible for returns or refund. See the section exceptions on the cooling off period for an overview of excluded products.
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for returns or refund:
- Software of which the seal is broken or the package is open, or installed or registered.
- Supplies such as protective film or cleaning fluid.
- Articles, for hygienic reasons, cannot be exchanged such as earplugs, headsets, toothbrushes, massage, or shaving.
- completed vouchers or coupons.
- Articles used, damaged or incomplete.
- Completed subscriptions, whether or not in combination with hardware.

Roadmap for returning products
Would you like to return an item? Then we ask you to take the following steps.
- Send a message to our customer service that you want to send an item back.
- You will receive confirmation of your request by e-mail.
- You will receive instructions for sending the article via e-mail.
- After receiving your shipment, Deejay City sends an acknowledgment by e-mail.
- We will return a new article (if stocked) or pay the purchase price within 10 days, depending on your needs.
